Thence, running with U. S. No. 52 - S 73 degrees 03' E - 89.05 feet to a roof bolt No. 2284;
Thence, S 74 degrees 24' E - 107.85 feet to a T-Rail at the eastern limits of Lot No. 8;
Thence, leaving U. S. No. 52 - S 09 degrees 32' W - 38.79 feet to a roof bolt situate near the edge of Pigeon Creek;
Thence, in a down creek direction S 51 degrees 21' W - 208.06 feet to a point in Pigeon Creek;
Thence, N 74 degrees 29' W - 61.25 feet to a 1" angle designated No. 2276 situate at the common corner to the said Neace parcel;
