Real Property in New Mexico

Sale of Real Property includes 10,254.44 deeded acres, more or less, owned by DVR, LLC. The Real Property also includes an Agricultural Lease agreement between the Commissioner of Public Lands, New Mexico State Land Office, State of New Mexico, as lessor, and DVR, LLC, as lessee, dated October 1, 2012, identified as Lease No. GS2136  by which DVR, LLC leases 12,385.5 acres, more or less, of dry pasture land owned by the State of New Mexico. In addition, pursuant to the Amended Contract, the sale will include Parcel A, owned by Ute Lake Ranch, Inc.
