Referring to the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4SE1/4) of said Section Thirty (30), thence westerly along the 1/16 line a distance of 30.0 feet to a point, thence deflecting left 90°52'21" a distance of 80.0 feet to a point on the south line of a public road which is the point of beginning thence continuing along said line 30.0 feet west and parallel to the section line a distance of 348.97 feet to a point, thence deflecting right 107°00'24" a distance of 255.00 feet to a point, thence deflecting right 73°00'90" a distance of 230.00 feet to a point, thence deflecting right 34°59'47" a distance of 88.69 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of a public road, thence deflecting right 63°19'39" a distance of 195.00 feet along said south right-of-way line to the point of beginning. Said tract containing 1.80 acres more or less.
