A tract of land in the Southwest¼ of Section 22, Township 35 North, Range 55 East, P.M.M., Sheridan County, Montana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Section 22 and the northwesterly right of way line of Montana State Highway No. 5, which bears N00°09'54"W, 88.54 feet from the Southwest Corner of Section 22; thence N00°09'54"W, along said section line, a distance of 1370.91 feet; thence leaving said section line, N 30°51'26" E, a distance of 1361.83 feet to a point on the E-W midsection line; thence along said midsection line, N 89°59'31" E, a distance of 1646.88 feet; thence leaving said midsection line, S 00°02'54" E, a distance of 718.49 feet, to a point on the said northwesterly highway right of way line; thence along said right of way line, S51°42'51" W, a distance of 2669.80 feet to point curvature in the right of way line; thence along the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 2098.80 feet, a central angle of 08°08'18", and an arc length of 298.11 feet to the point of beginning. As previously set forth and described in that certain Certificate of Survey No. 486500 dated July 19, 2012, recorded in Book 1, Page 595, Official Records.
