Sale of a single 640-acre parcel of real property, buildings and improvements thereon, and certain rights consistent with ownership of the land in Hardee County, Florida.

The Sale Assets are comprised of: (i) a parcel of land with the following legal description: All of Section Eight (8), Township 34 South, Range 27 East, Hardee County, Florida identified under Parcel ID# 08-34-27-0000-10010-0000 (the “Land”); (ii) the buildings and other improvements on the Land, (iii) the tangible personal property owned by the Seller upon the Land or within the buildings or improvements thereon, but excluding all furniture and bedding in the main house situated upon the Land; (iv) all general intangible rights pertaining to the ownership and operation of the Land, and (v) all strips, gores, easements, privileges, rights-of-way, oil, gas and mineral rights, all riparian and other water rights, rights to lands underlying any adjacent streets or roads, and other tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, if any, pertaining to or accruing to the benefit of the Land or the buildings and improvements thereon.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Personal Property does not include any hunting or farming equipment that may be situated upon the Land.
