Real and Business Property in West Virginia

Sale of certain real property located in the City of Ranson, Jefferson County, West Virginia and described as (a) the “Apartments Parcel,” the “Common Area Parcel” and the “Unplatted Townhome/Lots Parcel,” which parcels were originally intended by Seller to become a part of the subdivision known as “Lakeland Place at Fairfax Crossing“ or “Fairfax Crossing” (the “Subdivision”), (b) the “Commercial Property” and (c) “Lot 23 - Fairfax Crossing,” together all appurtenances, fixtures, equipment, personal property, buildings, structures, water and/or sewer facilities, stormwater management ponds, wells, septic systems, utilities, rights, easements, privileges, rights-of-way, tenements and hereditaments incident to such parcels of land and certain related tangible and intangible property
