A) Waukesha Area Ys for $7,000,000: which includes-

1. Southwest YMCA: 11311 W. Howard Avenue, Greenfield: The Southwest YMCA provides a full range of traditional Y programs including health and wellness, youth sports, aquatics, day camp and youth programs. It is an important destination for kids and families from Milwaukee, Franklin, Greendale, Greenfield, Hales Corners, New Berlin and other surrounding communities. B) Feith Family Ozaukee YMCA for $2,000,000
465 Northwoods Road, Port Washington: The Feith Family Ozaukee YMCA brings Y programs and services to Port Wash-ington, Saukville, Grafton, Cedarburg and surrounding communities. This facility is a great place for families, with a gymnasium, adventure pool and family prime time center. The Property was Built: 1999, Bulding Size: 50,000 sq.ft. and Lot size: 21.5 acres .
