(ii) Personal Property: All of the Seller’s [i.e., Elk Grove and consolidated seller's] right, title and interest in and to all fixtures, machinery systems, equipment and personal property owned by Seller attached or appurtenant to, located on and/or used in connection with the ownership, use, maintenance and operation of the applicable Property and the Elk Grove Property (including, without limitation, any and all trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, trade names, domain names, service marks, logos, assumed or business names, registered or protected intellectual property rights, internet addresses, websites, and telephone and facsimile numbers which are specific to the applicable Property and the Elk Grove Property, but excluding any such property which is used generally by TFEC), but excluding any and all accounts, accounts receivable, cash, cash equivalents, deposits, and prepayments held by, received by, or paid for the benefit of, Seller (including, but not limited to, any and all payments made to, made through, or held by, a credit card or credit card processing company) prior to Closing.
