Easement for Sale

Sale of a perpetual easement of real property located at Faribault County, Minnesota. The purpose of the Easement shall include the right, privilege and authority to construct, reconstruct, maintain, upgrade, operate, repair, patrol, replace and remove an electric and telecommunications line or lines, consisting of poles, towers, crossarms, insulators, wires, guy wires, anchors and other necessary fixtures, equipment for transmitting electricity, communications and all related improvements.
