4. “Parcel F-1-A,” associated with the address 1447 Precon Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320, and City of Chesapeake Tax Map No. 0350000001148; and
5. “Parcel F-1-B-1,” associated with the address 1431 Precon Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320, and City of Chesapeake Tax Map No. 0350000001146.
