Legal Description: A certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon situated in the City of South Portland, County of Cumberland, and State of Maine, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the northerly side of Cottage Road at its intersection with the westerly line of Vincent Street; thence northerly by said Vincent Street one hundred (100) feet; thence westerly sixty-one and nine tenths (61.9) feet by land now or formerly of James H. Syphers to land now or formerly of James W. Lowell; thence southerly one hundred (100) feet by said land now or formerly of Lowell to the northerly side of Cottage Road: thence easterly by said Cottage Road fifty-three and eighty-five one hundredths (53.85) feet to the point of beginning, containing five thousand seven hundred eighty-seven and five tenths (5,787.5) square feet, more or less, being part of lot numbered ninety-seven (97) on the plan of Brooklyn Heights, Plan Book 9, Page 97, in the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds. Excepting and reserving, however, from the above-described premises so much thereof as was conveyed by Sumner C. Small to the City of South Portland by warranty deed dated January 21, 1942, and recorded in said Registry of Deeds in Book 1671, Page 11. Reference is made to a deed dated April 9, 2003, from Pilot Custodian I, Inc. in its capacity as Trustee of the Joel A. Sabean Trust u/d/t dated June 19, 1996, to Joel A.
