This property is located behind the area's regional mall and close to major roadway linkages and dining. It is just off of Southtown Blvd which is currently being converted from a 2 lane to 5 lane giving this property much better access. Building Size: 4,700 SF, Lot Size: 0.53 AC and Built in 1986.
b) 321 N. Second Street, Vincennes, IN 47591 (the “Vincennes Property”); and
