For a long period of time, the property was used as a medical office building housing two different physician practices. Some time prior to the Petition Date, the Debtor ceased using the Property for medical services and began using part of the Property to house a needle exchange funded by restricted grants.

Claypool's Plat of Maplewood, now a part of the City of Connersville, Indiana, said part of said Block being bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the East line of said Block at a point 75 feet North from the Southeast corner of said Block; thence North along the East line of said Block 75 feet; thence West along a line parallel with the South line of said Block 165 feet; thence South along a line parallel with the East line of said Block 75 feet; thence East along a line parallel with the South line of said Block 165 feet to the place of beginning.
