Being 1.220 acres of land located in the David Bright League, Abstract 13, City of Missouri City, Fort Bend County, Texas, more particularly being a portion of that certain called 11.7069 acre tract conveyed to WB Murphy Road Development, LLC, by an instrument of record under File Number 2009002556, of the Official Public Records of said Fort Bend County (F.B.C.O.P.R.), said 1.220 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows (all bearings referenced to the Texas Coordinate System, South Central Zone, NAD 83); COMMENCING for reference at a 1/2-inch Iron rod found for the northwest corner of Reserve "A* of Dewalt Center, a subdivision of record in Slide 606-A, Plat Records, of said Fort Bend County (F.B.C.P.R.), same being the southwest corner of said 11.7069 acre tract, said point also being on the east right-of-way line of FM 1092 a.k.a. Stafford-DewaIt Road {width varies) as described in Volume 1071, Page 627 of the Deed Records of said Fort Bend County (F.B.C.D.R.), and more particularly described in Exhibit A on the attached PDF.
