Water Rights for Sale

Sale of certain water rights traditionally used in Camp Bird's mining operation, including, without limitation, water rights adjudicated to i) the Camp Bird Tunnel pursuant to a decree entered by the District Court for Ouray County dated September 8, 1941 in Civil Action No. 1959 in the amount of 2.1 cubic feet per second ("CFS"), and ii) the Evalyn Pipeline and Water Right (No. 266) pursuant to a decree entered by the District Court for Ouray County dated May 11, 1942 in Civil Action No. 1990 for 1.4 CFS for domestic, mining and milling uses, and subsequently the subject of a decree approving certain changes of water right entered by the District Court for Water Division No. 4 dated May 5, 1989 in Case No. 88CW80.
