Sale of vessels and equipment of Cashman Equipment Corporation which includes 119 vessels, consisting of thirty (30) inland/coastal barges, seventy-eight (78) ocean going barges, seven (7) tug/push boats, two (2) floating hotels, one (1) sectional construction barges, the Schooner, and various items of general and specialized construction equipment, including cranes and related construction equipment and marine pollution and clean-up equipment. The Fleet includes inland and ocean going barges ranging in size from 120 to 400 feet in length. Nearly seventy-five percent (75%) of the Fleet barges are less than fourteen (14) years old, and can be retrofitted to accommodate the unique project needs of customers across the public and private sectors and a variety of industries.

Sale does not includes twenty-six (26) vessels and a crane which already sold.
