Sale of Two Die-cutting machines located at its Agawara, Massachusetts facility, as follows (1) a "Mercury Automatic Die Cutting Line #1, Dual Turret Back Stand, In-Line Guide, Decurler, 44" Capacity, Mechanical with PLC Console Controls, Take-off with Auto Stacking, Horizontal Hydraulic Baler, Related Conveyors Free-Stranding Auto Key Punch, with Dual Spinners," and (2) a "Mercury Automatic Die Cutting Line #2, Dual Turret Back Stand, In-line Guide, Decurler, 44" Capacity, Mechanical with PLC Console Controls, Take-off with Auto Stacking, Horizontal Hydraulic Baler, Related Conveyors Free-Stranding Auto Key Punch, with Dual Spinners". Included with the "Equipment" are all the dies, die repair tooling, and spare parts used in both Mercury machines. In addition, included are Hyster fork lift with serial number A187V12118K and Mitsubishi clamp truck with serial number AF82F01511. (collectively, the "Equipment").
