(the “Licensor”) entered into a License Agreement with Vilcom Interactive Media, LLC (“VIM”), granting the use of a tower facility at Site Number 311110, located at Jones Ferry Road, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with coordinates Lat. 35-52-15.7 N, Long. 79-9-38.98 W, and bearing FCC Registration No. 201-ASO-8522-OE (the “License Agreement”).
b. VIM assigned the License Agreement to the Debtor, and VIM and the Seller then executed a Sub-License Agreement on August 1, 2012 (“the Sub-License Agreement”).
