Tangible Assets of California Entertainment Services Company

Auction Sale of tangible personal property of Todd-Soundelux, LLC "in whole or in part" including machinery, equipment and support equipment through Tiger Remarketing Services, Auctioneer. The Company operated as an independent creative post-production sound company which provided services for film and television. The Sale Assets are described as:

• All machinery, equipment, furniture and fixtures of Todd-Soundelux, LLC formerly located at its 3000 Olympic Blvd, Santa Monica and 900 Seward St, Los Angeles and currently being stored at a Northern California warehouse, as well as those assets currently located at 7080 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles facility, and 2901 W. Alameda, Burbank facility, described as sound mixing and editing equipment, audio/video production equipment, and all support furniture, IT equipment, furnishings and related items;
• Assets are to be inclusive of all cables, connectors, manuals, accessories, software, licenses and rights to use or transfer; and
• Sound and video capture boards in computers, computer hard drives and memory, monitors, racks, cables, accessories, software, and in the case of Alameda, all furniture, furnishings, tools, supplies, spares, parts, etc.
