Structured Settlement Payment Rights for Sale

Sale of structured settlement payments contract between Denise Meyer-Cardiff (“Debtor-Wife”) and Allstate Assignment Company dated December 2, 2011, pursuant to which Debtor-Wife is entitled to receive the following payments (“Structured Settlement Payment Rights”): One (1) lump sum payment in the amount of $10,000 due and payable on August 25, 2019; one (1) lump sum payment in the amount of $12,500 due and payable on August 25, 2025; one (1) lump sum payment in the amount of $15,000 due and payable on August 25, 2030; one (1) lump sum payment in the amount of $17,500 due and payable on August 25, 2035; and one (1) lump sum payment in the amount of $20,000 due and payable on August 25, 2040. Total payment amount: $75,000.
