Stream of Payments from Music Copyrighted Works and Catalogues

Sale of income stream derived from the seller's prepetition works, including but not limited to the copyrighted works and/or catalogues (collectively, the “Assets” and/or the “Works”), and more described as below:

• Any and all of seller's rights, title, and interest in seller's copyrights, audit rights, copyright infringement rights, contract rights, music catalogue, works (including but not limited to the Works), songs, lyrics all musical compositions performed and/or recorded in whole or in part by seller, musical productions, recordings, intellectual property, trade names, publishing rights, co-publishing rights, writer’s share of publishing income, income from artist(s), performance society and any society income of any kind, rights to receive license income, mechanical income, performance income, artist income, producer income, synchronization income, set folio income, digital income electronic income, payments and income from all known media, and payments of any kind from any and all sources worldwide including any publisher, subpublisher record company and/or administrator, and/or society and any and all contract and it rights (collectively, the “Payments”); and
• Any and all of seller's rights, title and interest in any and all of his affiliates and subsidiaries, including any LLC(s) and/or company(ies), to the extent necessary to realize the full value of the Payments, the Works and/or the Assets.
