Sale of stocks and Claims, includes:

1. the Hudson Claims;
2. the Hudson Industries Stock;
3. the Hudson Industries Claims; and
4. any and all other claims, demands, damages, actions, costs, expenses, causes of action, suits at law or in equity, known or unknown, of any kind or nature that the Trustee, the Seller's bankruptcy estate, the Seller, or Hudson Industries maintain against Essex or its representatives, shareholders, managers, agents, officers, directors, employees, former employees, insurers, attorneys, subsidiaries, affiliates, and all successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.
