Sale of Secure Note and deed of trust on Real Property describe as below:
1.) All of the legal or equitable interests in a Note Secured by Deed of Trust dated December 5, 2013 in the amount of $61,750.00 wherein CCRE Investments, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, is the payor, and William R. Lundahl and Irene M. Lundahl, Trustees of the Lundahl Family Trust dated 6/2/05, (Debtors herein) are payees. According to the amortization schedule provided to the Trustee, as of July 5, 2014, the amount owed on the Note is $61,120.94; AND
2.) All of the legal or equitable interests in a Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents dated December 5, 2013, recorded at the Maricopa County Recorder on 12/9/2013, Recording No. 2013-1044248, wherein CCRE Investments LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, is the Trustor, Empire West Title Agency is Trustee and the Beneficiaries are William R. Lundahl and Irene M. Lundahl, Trustees of the Lundahl Family Trust dated 6/2/05(the “DOT”).
The subject real property of the DOT is described in the DOT as:
Apartment 21, ARBORS CONDOMINIUM TOWNHOUSES, according to the Declaration of Horizontal Property Regime recorded in Docket 10240, page 364 in the Plat of Record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, in Book 164 of Maps, page 29;
TOGETHER WITH an undivided 1/27th interest in and to the common elements appurtenant to each apartment unit.
