Right to Receive Payment under Real Property Agreement

Auction Sale of right to receive payment under real property agreement in Phoenix, AZ. Contract described below: regular monthly installments of $225.09 or more, on or before the 5th day of each month beginning January 5th, 2013 and continuing each month thereafter until the principal balance has been paid in full, together with interest on the unpaid principal balance at the rate of 5.25% (percent) per annum from 11/28/2012 . such interest to be included and to be first deducted from said monthly installment and the balance applied upon the principal.
