Remnant Assets of Grocery Stores Business

Sale of Remnant Assets of Holiday Supermarkets, Inc., consisting of known or unknown assets or claims, which have not been previously sold, assigned, or transferred (collectively, “Remnant Assets”).

The Remnant Assets include two default judgments entered by this Court in Adv. Proc. Nos. 18-241, and 18-251 (together, the “Judgments”) that the Trustee has determined are very likely uncollectible. Potential unknown assets might include unscheduled refunds, overpayments, deposits, judgments, claims, or other payment rights that would accrue in the future.
