Sale of promissory note or notes with a present unpaid balance of $62,007.77, as set forth in the documents attached to Secured Creditor’s Motion for Relief filed at Docket #13.
The promissory note or notes described are secured by a mortgage or lien encumbering the following described asset: A certain tract or parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon and thereto appertaining, containing 1.24 acres, designated as Tract B, located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 3 South, Range 1 East, Evangeline Parish, Louisiana, all as more fully shown by Plat of Survey prepared for Larry and Sherry Kordish by Doward L. Guillory, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 17, 2003 Said real property with all improvements having a municipal address of 1542 Music Lane, Ville Platte, Louisiana.
