This Promissory Note was secured by a Deed of Trust on certain property located in Reynolds County, Missouri, as instrument no. 201301247 in the Land Records of Reynolds County, Missouri, said real estate being more particularly described as follows:

All that part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, which lies South of Missouri State Highway No. 21, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East and West center line of Section 16, 0.85 chains West of the Center of Section 16; thence West along said center line 9.15 chains; thence North 2.70 chains; thence South 74 degrees East 9.75 chains to the place of beginning. Containing 1.23 acres, more or less. All in Township 32 North, Range 2 East.
