Promissory Note for Sale

Sale of a Promissory Note dated as of June 2, 2006 payable to Schmook Ranch, LLC in the original principal sum of $117,865 (the “Note”). The Obligor under the Note is Dylan J. Morris. On June 2, 2009, Schmook Ranch, LLC and Dylan J. Morris entered into a certain Modification Agreement in which the principal balance of the Note was reduced to $55,750 as of May 16, 2009.

The Note bears interest at twelve percent (12%) per annum and the current modified monthly payments are payable in the sum of $670.00 per month. The Note, as modified, is fully amortized and will be all due and payable on May 16, 2024. The Note is secured by a deed of trust against certain undeveloped property located in Humbolt County, California. The deed of trust is dated as of June 2, 2006 and was recorded in the Official Records in the Humbolt County Recorder on June 16, 2006. Payments on the Note are current through August 16, 2014 and the principal balance of the Note as of September 19, 2014 is $45,234.38.
