Description
Sale of a Promissory Note dated as of June 2, 2006 payable to Schmook Ranch, LLC in the original principal sum of $117,865 (the “Note”). The Obligor under the Note is Dylan J. Morris. On June 2, 2009, Schmook Ranch, LLC and Dylan J. Morris entered into a certain Modification Agreement in which the principal balance of the Note was reduced to $55,750 as of May 16, 2009.
