The Note was made on 10-30-98, and deed of trust recorded 3-24-05. . The note bears interest at 10% per annum, compounded annually with a Due on Sale clause. Maker of the note has not paid interest on the note and current balance is believed to be in excess of $206k. Per a recent Realist Report there is a first deed of trust for $133,200 recorded at time of purchase, 10-30-98 and believed to be paid down over time but the current balance is not available.
