Promissory Note for Sale

Sale of all of the estate’s right, title and interest in a promissory note and more described as follows:

The seller disclosed his interest in a promissory note as follows: “Promissory Note Rec. Kuldip Singh; GASAABI LLC - Oklahoma,” which the seller valued at $300,000.00 and did not exempt (the “Promissory Note’). The seller provided to Mr. McGranahan a copy of the Amended Third-Party Petition in which the Defendant and Maker of the Promissory Note, Kuldip Khoker (Singh) and GSAABI LLC, allege as follows: On or about February 8, 2016, GSAABI gave to [Kamaldip] Dhami a Promissory Note in the amount of $300,000.00. Dhami has no connection to the Subject Property. Upon information and belief, Dhami has not contributed any funds relating to the Subject Property. Dhami gave no consideration in exchange for GSAABI executing the document. The Promissory Note is purely gratuitous and legally unenforceable.
