Sale of the bankruptcy estate’s in the following (the “Assets”):

That certain promissory note dated February 1, 2020 (the “Note”) executed by Carlton McGriff and Melissa Ann McGriff (the “McGriffs”) in favor of the bankruptcy estate, which Note is secured by that certain mortgage of even date (the “Mortgage”)1, which Mortgage was recorded on March 6, 2020 in the Official Public Records of Duval County, Florida at Book 19131, Page 868 and which Mortgage encumbers the real property commonly known as 1416 Claudia Spencer Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32206 (the “Property”) and legally described as: Lot 22, Block 1, Universal Inc., replat according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 82, of the current public records of Duval County, Florida. Parcel Identification Number: 132309-0000.
