Promissory Note for Sale

Sale of all of the bankruptcy estate’s remaining interest in the Subject Property, which was an agreement entered into by and between Julie M. Acarregui, the debtor herein, and Steven V. Acarregui (Obligor and co-owner of the real estate), dated on or about February 17, 2016. All payments on the Subject Property are current and are being made by the Obligor through the escrow account at Guaranty Title in Mountain Home, Idaho. As of today’s date, the current estimated payoff balance owing under the Note is $7,600.00. Interest in continuing to accrue at 4% per annum and the next annual payment is not due until February 2020. There are four annual payments left due and owing under the Note.
