Promissory Note and Deed of Trust for Sale

Sale of Promissory Note and Deed of Trust, described as below:

• Deed of Trust: The seller, A. Wade Black, stated in question #19 of his Bankruptcy Schedule B that he owns 100% of the A. Wade Black Revocable Trust (“Trust”) with a value of “unknown”, and more described in Exhibit A on the attached PDF;
• Promissory Note: The promissory note (the “Note”) signed by the seller and his ex-wife Renata Black described in Exhibit B on the attached PDF. The Note is secured by a Deed of Trust on the real property at 6331 Lupton Drive, Dallas, Texas 75225. The Deed of Trust is attached as Exhibit C and recites in Paragraph 4.15 that the lien created will be subordinate to the lien securing payment of a note, and any renewals, extensions, and modifications thereof, in the original principal amount of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,700,000.0), which is dated May 1, 2008 executed by Albert W. Black and Renata Mutis, payable to the order of Bank of America, N.A.
