Sale of the seller’s approximately 7683 student loans (the “Student Loans”) that are outstanding with an aggregate principal balance of approximately $15.9 million. For the sake of clarity, these are student loans made by the sellers. Pre-petition, certain of these Student Loans were being serviced by third-party agencies. The typical Student Loan term is approximately 24-36 months and the average loan amount is between $2,000 and $3,000. Post-petition, collections have dramatically decreased and have steadily decreased each month. Collections for January 2022 totaled approximately $3,000.
