Patents, Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property for Sale

Sale of intangible assets of Prop Solutions, Ltd., including without limitation the following:

• Any and all software and copyrights related thereto, and any draft, version, module, or component thereof, including but not limited to those versions registered with the United States Copyright Office as TX 8-156-123 (Prop Solutions Software), TX 8- 234-119 (Version 7.3), TX 8-252-197 (Version 7.9), TX 8-250-366 (Version 8.0), and TX 8-252-219 (Version 8.2);
• Any websites, including any software and/or code and domain name associated therewith. including without limitation the domain name “propsolutions.com”; Any trade names; and
• To the extent not otherwise specifically identified above, any and all copyrights, inventions, works, patents, trade secrets, claims or other intangibles or intellectual property comprising the “GOPD source code” as identified on Schedule A/B, page 9 of 27, of the seller's pleadings filed in the Bankruptcy Case on February 24, 2021.
