5. All interests in Rocking 11, LLC, a California limited liability company, 39 and Holding, LLC, a California limited liability company;
6. All interests in Evergreen Enterprises, LP., a California limited partnership;
7. The real property located at 4315 Dominguez Road, Rocklin, California;
8. The real property located at 135 Louis Hurley Road, El Dorado, Arkansas; and
