Sale of right, title and interest in (a) Camjet, Ltd; Vitaceuticals and Vita TRP for $1,500.00; (b) Ian J. Reynolds, MD, P.A., for $1,750 and (c) Innolog Group Corporation, fdba Innolog Holdings Corporation, and Innovative Logistics Techniques, Inc., and the claims for $500 describe as below:

• Potential claims against Fred Ciumbinner, Kay Gumbinner Trust and related parties for malfeasance, breach of fiduciary duties or other claims.
• Potential claims against members of the board of directors and former officers of Innolog I foldings. Innovative Logistics Techiques. Inc.. Innolog Group Corporation. and related companies for malfeasance, breach of fiduciary duties and similar claims including without limitation claims against William Danielczyk, Stephen Moses. Michael Kane. Erich Winkler, Verle Hammmond, Bruce Riddle, Eric Wagner. Richard Stewart and all other directors and officers.
• Potential claims against Robert O'Neal, DC and/or or any and allother parlies legallyresponsible relating to violations of the Stark Act. (42 USC Section 1395. et al), Anti-Kickback provisions; FalseClaims Act; Federal Employees Compensation Act and any other similar act.
