• One-quarter (1/4) interest in another Washington LLC known as BCFM LLC ("BCFM"). BCFM has as its sole asset commercial real property located at 811 11th, Longview, Washington. The estimate value for this property that range from $150,000.00 to $225,000.00. In addition to the land, on the filing date BCFM also had $40,695.00 in cash. The building is subject to a mortgage of approx $59,375.00. The Sale Price is $20,000.
