Sale of thirty-three and one-third percent (33 1/3%) interest in personal property described as “The Chumney Family Revocable Trust”.
The Trust owns two (2) parcels of real property located in Polk County, Florida described as follows:

   The East 110 feet of the West 440 feet of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 18, Township 28 South, Range 25 East, Polk County, Florida, North of SR 600 (U.S. Hwy 92) and LESS the North 990 feet thereof being equivalent to the East Half of Tract 14, according to an unrecorded map made by William Arthur Read, Jr. dated 9-10-65.
