The condominium parcel consisting of Unit No. 3-B, Phase Three, of Seascape Resort Villa, including an undivided interest in the common elements and common surplus and certain easements and other rights, including, without limitation, the exclusive rights to use the limited common elements appurtenant to said unit, as described in the applicable Declaration of Condominium, subject, however, to the obligations, duties, agreements, covenants, restrictions and conditions stated in said Declaration of Condominium, and in exhibits thereto.
