Ownership Interest in Promissory Note

Sale of Half interest in On July 8, 2009, Wendy J. Geye executed a promissory note (the "Geye Note") in the original principal sum of $168,921.00, payable to the order of GS&J Properties, a partnership of Jimmy Dean Jackson (Debtor herein), Sammy Glen Jackson (Debtor's brother) and Georgene Ann Jackson (Debtor's mother). The Geye Note bears interest at 7.5% and is secured by real property described as Lot 13 and 14, Block A, of Hazy Hills Ranchettes, an addition to the City of Spicewood, Travis County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Book 53, Page 74, of the Plat Records of Travis County, Texas.
