Ownership Interest in Multiple Companies

Sale of any shareholder or membership interests in or to any of: Firestar Engineering, LLC; Innovative Space Propulsion Holdings, L.L.C. (including its subsidiaries, Innovative Space Propulsion Systems, LLC and Defense Propulsion Systems, LLC); Typhon Labs, LLC; SonicExhaust, Inc.; Firestar LLC; Renew Eco Holdings, LLC; ZZZ, LLC; ZZZ Family, LLC; each of their respective interests in or to any personal property, equipment, tools, vehicles, inventory, goods, supplies, accounts, receivables, instruments, patents, books, data, records, general intangibles, other physical or intellectual property, any substitutes, replacements or proceeds thereof, and all claims, defenses and causes of action which may have been asserted by or on behalf of Trustee, Seller or the Estate against any of such entities which Trustee is able to transfer to Buyer.
