(i) 55,590.58 Class B units and 155,875.5 Redeemable B units of BGI Resources, LLC. Combined, the units represent 4.7158% of all of the outstanding units of BGI Resources, LLC for $10,000 each.
(ii) 56% of BGI Forbes Lake, LLC series A management units of which the Seller’s estranged wife, Lacey Manion, is entitled to 50% of the proceeds pursuant to a Legal Separation Agreement entered into between Ms. Manion and the Seller for $42,000 each ;
(iii) A 0.16277% series B interest in BGI Champion, LLC for $1,093 each.
