Ownership Interest in Four Companies

Sale of the estate includes as assets 50% equity ownership interests in entities known as Clear Creek Hunting, LLC (“CCH”) and Clear Creek TV LLC (“CCTV”), and 100% equity ownership interests in entities known as Clear Creek Outdoors, LLC (“CCO”),1 and Get Huntin LLC (“GH”).

The Estate, either through the seller or through the Companies, may include ownership interests in the following assets: (i) exclusive rights to logos for CCH, CCTV, and CCO; (ii) the “tag line” for CCH, “Experience the Hunt”; (iii) full and exclusive access to CCTV email accounts; (iv) all video camera “chips/memory cards” from 2017-2019, and all raw or edited video footage contained therein; (v) all CCH, CCTV, and CCO videos that appear on Carbon TV, YouTube, and any other website or platform; (vi) the CCTV and CCH Instagram account(s); (vii) exclusive rights to all hunter and potential hunter information that was obtained by CCH from 2017-2018; (viii) exclusive rights to all videos, photos and images of any animal, alive or dead, photos or images of hunters, photos or images of property that CCH, CCTV or CCO had access to, hunted on, leased; (ix) exclusive rights to all Sponsoring Companies or Companies that were contacted by CCTV, CCH or CCO during 2017, 2018 and 2019; and (x) full and exclusive rights to the web domains www.clearcreekoutfittersutah.com and www.clearcreek.tv, including without limitation all passwords, login information, content, and other access information (collectively, the “Incidental Property, and together with the Equity Interests in the Companies, the “Assets”).
