Ownership Interest in California Medical Group Corporation

Sale of Ownership Interest in (i) Radin Cardiovascular Medical Group, Inc. and the right that the estate may have to any distributions and the repayment of any amount owing to shareholder (hereinafter referred to as the ''RCMG Rights") and (ii) Certain non-exempt personal property identified as: (a) Deposits in banks of approximately $600; (b) Residential security deposit with Merrick Tsai of $11,850; (c) Equity in 2002 Lexus SC430 of $3,238; (d) Right to inheritance from father's estate of $7,015 and (e) Expected tax refund of up to $5,000.
