Ownership interest and Claims for Sale

Sale of various ownership interests and claims, includes:

• Non-publicly traded stock and interests in incorporated and unincorporated businesses, including an interest in an LLC, partnership, and joint venture, as described in the Seller's Amended Schedule A/B (doc. no. 29);
• The Sterling Lance Children's Trust, as described in Amended Schedule A/B at item number 25;
• Any interest in property that is due from the Seller from someone who has died, as described in Amended Schedule A/B at item number 32;
• Claims against third parties, whether or not the Seller has filed a lawsuit or made a demand for payment, as described in Amended Schedule A/B at item number 33;
• Other contingent and unliquidated claims of every nature, including counterclaims of the Seller and rights to set off claims, as described in Amended Schedule A/B at item number 34; and Any financial assets that the Seller did not already list
