Oil & Gas Working and Royalty Interests in Texas

Sale of Seller's Non-Refugio County Assets, described as below: All working interests (the "Working Interests"), overriding royalty interests (the "ORRI") and royalty interests owned by the Estate in the oil and gas leases located in counties outside of Refugio County, Texas; including, but not limited to those Working Interests owned by the Estate in the oil and gas leases located outside of Refugio County,Texas operated by Kovar Operating, LLC and ORRI owned by the Estate in the minerals located outside of Refugio County, Texas paid by Hilcorp Energy Company, all of which are more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
