All of the mineral and/or royalty interests of the Debtor in lands lying in the D Sanchez Survey, A-186; HH Kirk Survey A-121, Matthew Alexander Survey A-8, Charles P. Hereford Survey, A-106, James F. Dixon, A-57 and James Price Survey, A-167, Gregg County, Texas, together with the production and proceeds attributable to such interests in the McClendon Combest, and the E. E. Stone wells located thereon operated by Dallas Production, Inc. or others; and all of the mineral and/or royalty interests of the Debtor in lands lying in the Wm Price Survey, A-168, Wm H. Hart Survey, A-268, D. Benton Survey, A-31, Henry Hathaway Survey, A-228, J. Lout Survey A-123 and the James Dixon Survey A-57; together with the production and proceeds attributable to such interests in the Hamby Heirs and Spear wells located thereon operated by XTO Energy, or others, hereafter collectively called the “ Royalty Interests”.
