Sale of oil & gas mineral interest and surface interest located in Washita County, Oklahoma. Seller owns a remainder interest in an undivided 35.55 net mineral acres, more or less, and an undivided 106.66 net surface acres, more or less, in the following described property located in Washita County, Oklahoma: the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) and the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Thirty-four (34), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eighteen (18) W.I.M., Washita County, Oklahoma (hereinafter, the “Remainder Interest”), all as more fully set forth in the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement of the Hebert Belter Living Trust, recorded December 29, 2014, in Book 1287, at pages 496 through 519 of the records of the Washita County Clerk, State of Oklahoma.

The Remainder Interest is located approximately 12 miles south-southwest of Clinton, Oklahoma; approximately 8 miles northwest of Cordell, Oklahoma; and approximately 5 miles west of Bessie, Oklahoma. It is Trustee’s understanding that there are three operating wells, known as the BELTER TRUST 1-34HB (API # 3514921715), the EDNA 3-34 (API # 3514920841), and the BELTER 2-34 (API # 35149201716), located in Section 34, T11N, R18W.
