Oil & Gas Interest in Colorado

Sale of Any and all right, title and interest of Edward Timothy Seibel and this bankruptcy estate (together, "Seibel"), in and to all of the oil, gas (including other gaseous substances or associated substances), coal, brine and other minerals of any type or nature whether the same is owned legally or equitably as a severed or unsevered mineral right, royalty interest, non-participating royalty interest, overriding royalty interest, working interest, executive right, or mining claim and whether or not the same is presently known commercially as a "mineral" in the locale of lands (herein referred to as "Mineral" or "Minerals"), that is in and under and that may be produced from or attributed to any lands owned by Seibel and situated in the State of Colorado.
